1) Orders are shipped using EMS trackable shipping, and upon receipt of payment your tracking number will be sent to you within 5 business days.

2) Shipping is a standard rate of $25 per order. Free shipping insurance is also provided.

3) Should you not be happy with the item you have ordered, you can return it for a full refund. You must ensure the item is sent by registered mail. We are not responsible for any breakages when returning any item.
